During the start of The New England Revolutions season I was tasked with updating their marketing pieces. The goal to be more image based, generate more engaging copy and overall appealing. For this project I analyzed elements I viewed as essential such as fonts and spiked outline.
For the email I removed a lot of the vector imagery as I found images to be more memorable and relatable. I also noticed that the previous image didn’t have much content so I created copy to give more detail as to what the matches entailed.
For the social media I did a complete overhaul immediately flagging a variety of assets that did not mesh. After examining other sports social media profiles I combined elements such as isolated images of players and solid colors.
